Safety disclaimer — read this one
Taxiway Bravo provides reference tools only. Digitized handbooks, checklists, weight & balance, performance calculations, weather displays, and currency estimates are aids — they are not an FAA-approved Airplane Flight Manual, an official weather briefing, or legal currency advice. The pilot in command is solely responsible for preflight action under 14 CFR 91.103, including consulting the approved AFM/POH for their specific aircraft. Verify every number.
The service
Taxiway Bravo is aircraft management software: digitized handbooks, scheduling, check-in/out, maintenance tracking, logbooks, documents, and billing records for pilots and organizations. Free tiers exist; paid plans are billed per organization or per pilot as described on the pricing page.
Your account & content
You're responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of data you enter. You keep ownership of everything you upload; you grant us only the license needed to store and display it inside the product. Don't upload content you don't have rights to.
Organizations
Organization owners and admins control membership, roles, schedules, and billing settings for their organization, including records about flights you fly with them. Charges recorded in the platform are between you and the organization.
Acceptable use
No abusing the service, scraping other users' data, probing security, or reselling access. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other users.
Billing, renewals & refunds
Paid plans (organization plans and Pilot Plus) are subscriptions that automatically renew each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Per-flight charges an organization collects from its members are set by that organization; questions about those charges are between you and the organization.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. For per-flight charges an organization collects from its members by card, Taxiway Bravo acts as the merchant of record — the charge appears from Taxiway Bravo on your statement, and we remit the funds to the organization's connected account, less the platform and card-processing fees disclosed at checkout. If a charge looks wrong, contact the organization or us before disputing it with your bank; chargebacks filed without contacting us first may lead to a hold on the account while we investigate.
Copyright & takedowns
Only upload handbooks, documents, and images you have the right to share. The shared POH library contains material contributed by users. If you believe content infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at dmca@taxiwaybravo.com with identification of the work and the material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxiway Bravo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Taxiway Bravo is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. The specific venue and dispute-resolution process are set out in the current published terms.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-app. Questions: support@taxiwaybravo.com.
The commercial sections above (billing, payments, copyright, governing law) are provided in good faith and are being finalized with legal counsel before general availability. The safety disclaimer stands as written.
